UKI At Home Trials

UKI At Home is designed for teams who want to compete, track progress, and earn official UKI accomplishments without attending a full in-person trial. UKI At home trials occur regularly, and all you need to do is set the course, record your run, and submit.  Golden Acres will be setting the base nested courses for select 80 x 60 at-home trials. It’s a great option for dogs who need to top off points, or who aren’t quite trial-ready, handlers who prefer a relaxed environment, or anyone who wants more opportunities to practice, play, and progress. You can practice and run the course a many times as you wish. Click here to learn more about UKI At Home Trials. Scroll down to learn more about UKI.

You will need to register as a handler ($15) with UKI, and you will need a UKI number ($15) for each dog you would like to participate with. You will then be responsible for the fees to enter each class you desire to compete in for a particular trial, as well as your building rental time.

In UK Agility International (UKI), you can earn a variety of titles through different programs, most of which involve progressing through levels like Beginner, Novice, Senior, and Champion. These titles are earned in categories such as International(which includes Agility, Jumping, Snooker, Gamblers, Games, Biathlon, and Pentathlon) and Speedstakes, with the highest international title being International Agility Champion (IAC).

International Titles

  • International Agility Champion (IAC): Awarded for accumulating 60 points at the Champion International Level. The points must be earned from specific classes: 12 from Agility, 12 from Jumping, and 12 from Games.

  • Titles within the International category: Progress through a points-based system to earn titles like

    • Beginner (SSB): Earn 12 points

    • Novice (SSN): Earn 20 points

    • Senior (SSS): Earn 36 points

    • Champion (CSS): Earn 60 points

    • Select Program: This is a separate category for dogs that may not be able to compete at the regular height.

Speedstakes Titles

  • Titles within the Speedstakes category: Also feature a points-based system for progression:

    • Beginner (SSB): Earn 12 points

    • Novice (SSN): Earn 20 points

    • Senior (SSS): Earn 36 points

    • Champion (CSS): Earn 60 points

    • Select Program: This is a separate category for dogs that may not be able to compete at the regular height.

Other classes and titles

  • Masters Series: A competition program for dogs and competitors aiming for national and international levels.

  • Nursery classes: For young or less experienced dogs.

  • Veteran classes: For older dogs.

  • Select classes: For dogs, breeds, or competitors that may find the regular height too challenging.

Important notes

  • Progression: You must earn a title to move to the next level in each category.

  • Category separation: You can earn a title in the International category and a different title in the Speedstakes category, even if the levels are the same (e.g., Senior International and Senior Speedstakes).

  • Eligibility: Once you earn a title, you are no longer eligible to compete in any lower classes for life.
