Using fun, game-based training inspired by the proven techniques of our favorite dog training organizations, we help you transform challenges into opportunities and teach your puppy vital life skills in a way they’ll love. Through positive reinforcement and simple, engaging games, your puppy will have the opportunity to learn essential skills like sit, stay, and recall, while developing focus, impulse control, and confidence. We’ll also tackle common puppy struggles—like jumping, crate training, teething, and chewing by teaching you how to redirect behaviors and create calmness in your pup. Our class isn’t just about obedience—it’s about empowering you and your puppy to thrive together in every situation, while building an unshakable bond. Whether it’s socializing with other puppies, mastering real-life skills, or learning how to keep their cool in exciting environments, this class is the start of a brighter future for your dog. This class ends with the AKC STAR puppy title evaluation. The AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program rewards responsible owners who take the time to train and socialize their new puppies. The program is a natural precursor to the AKC Canine Good Citizen® Test. “S.T.A.R.” stands for Socialization, Training, Activity and a Responsible owner, all of the things a puppy needs to have a good life.
